Day 6 a rough one

Well today ended up not exactly being 100% juicing...as I mentioned Im a personal chef so yes I make food all day and yes I have to taste it to make sure all is yummy but today was bit more than tasting shall we say a couple no I mean quite a few actual bites with swallowing involved( usually I tasted then spit it out) so Im not beating myself up just noticing how unconcious I was for a while today so beit I doubt the last 5 days have been ruined I just step up make a new commitment and start my 7th day tommorrow. As one of my favorite t-shirts say "its all good" I believe it is more detrimental to be so hard on ones self and say well I failed today so I suck I have to start over life is not about starting over its about recognizing the paths we take and continually choose the path we want and yes sometimes we take detours that in hindsite wish we had not and thats ok.
