So its day 10 how fitting as I ran the 10 mile Broad street run
I felt pretty good during the run though around mile 8 my legs felt a bit wek which is not normal as I do 10 milers about every other week. Im thinking it may have to do with juicing I dont know Im going to post some questions to David on juicefeasting.com and see if I can get some questions answered
Any way Im down to 204 which means I lost the 10 I wanted before the race so thats cool
When I got home after the race I was feeling qite hungry and I made a kale salad it sure felt good to eat and made me feel stronger not sure if it mental or what so I have to say Im finding myself I bit perplexed as how to proceed since there is something telling me I need some fiber or substance I say that because Im staying very active dont really have much weight I want to loose so my big question is juicefeasting beneificial/smart to do as a maitenance or cleanse and for how long Im having a hard time believing that if I didi it for the full 92 days I dont know what the result would be it scares me a bit.........
Hi Joel,
Congratulations on losing the 10 lbs and for running the 10 miles! I have to agree with you...I wonder the same thing about juice fasting. If you're very active and not trying to lose weight, is it the right thing to do? I think that fiber and many other nutrients are vital to the body and are lost when juicing.
I met you during the Successfully Raw seminar and thought you were fantastic. Thanks for all the info. A friend and I are actually starting a raw chocolate business and are looking for some guidance. We've had a great response so far and a local health food store is interested but we don't know the correct protocol to follow to be legal and legit when making raw food? Because you are an expert in this field and have been selling and preparing raw food for so many years, I was hoping you could give us some guidance and advice.
Thank you so much for you your help!

Hey Joel, just on the site getting your info to add to my site for our talk and came across your questions about Juice Feasting. I'm not convinced for the long term that it's great for a high firing metabolism like yours (or at least what I can tell from your activity level.)
For cleansing you can definitely do it, but still I don't know if 92 days is for everyone.
Regardless, I think David and Katrina are great and what they've created is helpful to many!
Live Awesome!
