Been a bit busy so I have not been punctual with posting........anyway all three days definately got better as far as jucing rather than lots of bites of food I felt good overall pretty energetic though since I had "eaten" abit I reignited those hunger pangs so the next day was bit challenging. Plus watching the Flyers games were a bit difficult since my friends had munchies around and of course they were all envious of my green juice(NOT)
Since I was running the 10Mile Broad street run(in Philly) on sunday I loaded up on coconut water to get extra electrolytes....
