Joel Odhner can be described as a health conscious chef, a raw food diet
enthusiast, and a successful entrepreneur. Joel began his food service career by
owning a restaurant/bar and a food catering service for fifteen years. After
overcoming a drug addiction towards the end of this period, Joel found
himself motivated to explore new avenues of health and overall lifestyle
improvement. His search for a better way to eat and live led him to the raw foods diet,
a diet that consists solely of uncooked foods with life giving enzymes.
After studying and adapting this revolutionary diet into his own lifestyle, Joel
became inspired to combine his newfound knowledge with his love of cooking to
create a new food service for health conscious individuals. He is currently working as a personal chef for private clients in NYC, NJ, PA and DE.
