Ok so I will give a more detailed update sorry for the delay had computer challenges
First off everybody seems to put up stats so here are mine
Day 1 Im 6'1 214lbs juiced some awesome recipes I got from my superheroess Penni, biked 18 miles just for fun since it was such a beautiful day plus I needed to get my daily source of natural Vitamin D
Day 2 Im still 6'1( oh I guess that wont change) 211lbs made some similar versions of juice and ran 7 miles with out my shirt to ensure my Vit D intake
Day 3 Im up in Long Island taking some quiet time with my dog Buddy and finishing up an ebook of recipies to be available very soon.....it is kind of funny that Im doing a juice feast and writting recipies and descriptions for all types of raw food, so far irs fine have not really had any craving for food. I will tell you though this journey will be intersting since Im a personal chef and each client is different so I will be making food all day along with juicing mmmmmm should be interesting.
I guess the stat everybody wants is a "before" picture so this is me at the same weight just after I ran a half marathon
